Our Whole Community, Inc. is sponsoring a weekly walking club beginning Saturday February 6th at 9:00 am.  The first four Saturdays will be held at Lake Lily Park in Maitland.  We will alternate sites every month.  This is a casual, stress-free easy way to get moving. Just show up in your sneakers or comfortable walking shoes and plan to move for an hour.  We will also provide a free pedometer and tips on how you can achieve your fitness goals.  Click Here for flyer. Questions or for more information, please contact Lavon Williams at 386-822-2191 or lwill64@gmail.com.
